In-Store Lead Generation Specialist

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an In-Store Lead Generation Specialist to represent our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services inside major retail locations. You'll proactively approach shoppers, start friendly conversations, qualify their home service needs, and schedule in-home appointments for our comfort advisors. This role requires strong people skills, professionalism, and reliable performance against clear daily and weekly lead goals. Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers in-store to promote ARS-Rescue Rooter HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services
• Qualify leads by asking basic home comfort and repair questions
• Schedule in-home appointments for comfort advisors and technicians
• Accurately capture customer information in lead tracking systems
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead and appointment goals
• Represent the ARS-Rescue Rooter brand professionally in retail partner locations
• Collaborate with local service center teams on promotions and campaigns
• Provide product and service information to customers and handle basic objections
• Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting booth or display area
• Report activity, performance metrics, and customer feedback to supervisors
