In-Store Appointment Setter

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an energetic In-Store Appointment Setter to generate leads inside partnered retail locations for our residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. You'll engage shoppers, spark conversations about home comfort needs, explain our repair and replacement solutions, and schedule in-home appointments for our sales and service teams. Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers inside partnered retail stores to promote ARS-Rescue Rooter HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services
• Proactively approach customers, start friendly conversations, and identify potential home comfort needs
• Educate customers on available services, promotions, and financing options
• Schedule in-home appointments for sales consultants or technicians using company tools and scripts
• Accurately capture customer information and update appointment logs or CRM systems
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting and lead generation goals
• Collaborate with local branch and sales teams to align on campaigns and promotions
• Maintain a professional, safety-conscious, and customer-focused presence in store locations
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and communication skills
• Represent ARS-Rescue Rooter's brand and values while following all store and company policies
