Lead Generator

ARS-Rescue Rooter, a national leader in residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, seeks a driven Lead Generator to fuel growth in our construction and service business. In this role, you'll contact homeowners, respond to inbound inquiries, and qualify prospects for repair, replacement, and maintenance work. You'll schedule in-home appointments, update CRM records, and partner closely with sales and service teams. Responsibilities

• Generate qualified residential construction service leads for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical projects through outbound calls, digital inquiries, and event follow-up
• Qualify prospects by assessing needs, service history, and project urgency to schedule in-home appointments for comfort advisors and technicians
• Maintain accurate, detailed lead, contact, and appointment data in CRM and tracking tools
• Collaborate with sales, dispatch, and service teams to ensure smooth handoff and strong customer experience
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead, appointment, and conversion targets
• Follow ARS-Rescue Rooter safety, quality, and customer service standards on every interaction
