Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help to support orderly operations during medical and/or facility-related events.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions requiring follow-up.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas, assist with access control procedures, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.;
Document incidents and daily activities, communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership, and help to support a professional presence throughout the location.
