Security Officer On-Call FLEX

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and emergency response actions when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout office buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and security-related concerns.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and assigned areas to help support authorized access, observe property conditions, and document daily activities, incidents, and policy-related issues.;
Assist with alarm responses, building checks, and after-hours inspections to help support orderly operations at the location and address security-related issues as they arise.
