Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including entrances, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, with working environments and conditions varying by site.;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, directing visitors and/or contractors while supporting visitor management practices.;
Assist with security-related support during medical emergencies, facility alerts, and/or evacuation situations by communicating clearly with staff and first responders.
