Security Officer - Armed Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities as needed.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and screening areas, verify credentials and/or permitted entry, and report prohibited items, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.;
Support order at public-facing government facilities by providing directions, assisting with crowd management, and completing detailed reports related to daily activities, incidents, and/or observations.
