Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare setting;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, while communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns;
Monitor access points and sensitive areas, helping to support authorized entry, visitor guidance, and adherence to location protocols;
Document observations, incidents, and/or reported issues in a timely manner, and relay relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives
