, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $26.06 / Hour

Job Schedule: Thursday to Sunday, 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

• Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas within the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with attention to access points, sensitive areas, and other security‑related concerns throughout the location.
• Support daily operations by maintaining accurate visitor logs, issuing temporary credentials when applicable, and reporting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations.

• Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• Possess a college degree.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Type at a minimum of 40 words per minute.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
