Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, and surrounding property to help identify and report unusual conditions, hazards, and unauthorized activity;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor directions, way finding, and adherence to facility access procedures;
Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation for incidents, patrol observations, and security-related activities
