• Travel to client sites to inspect, test, troubleshoot, and collect data on complex electrical systems
• Supervise and guide Level I & II technicians and assistants
• Perform maintenance and commissioning on low, medium, and high-voltage equipment, including switch gear, transformers, cables, and relays
• Calibrate and test protective relays, power metering systems, and control circuits
• Conduct arc-flash and shock risk assessments; maintain detailed safety documentation
• Commission generator and high-voltage substation systems
• Ensure full compliance with NFPA 70E, OSHA, and lockout/tag-out protocols
• Assist sales and engineering teams with technical expertise and field insights

• Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical power systems testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Hands-on experience with switch gear, relays, transformers, motor controls, and substations
• Proven understanding of NETA ATS and MTS standards
• Strong command of electrical safety protocols (NFPA
  70E)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent written communication and leadership skills

• Active NETA Level III or IV Certification (or NICET-EPT equivalent)
• Experience working in NERC-regulated facilities
• Demonstrated expertise in supervising field projects and resolving critical system issues
