Electrician - Journeyman​/Foreman in Leesburg

• Capability to oversee projects and manage crews.
• Responsible for completing paperwork on‑time, including timesheets, work orders, on‑site documentation, material orders, and project status reports.
• Communicate effectively with customers and company leadership.
• Able to perform all phases of electrical service in new construction, renovation and maintenance including wiring, switch gear, ATS, feeders and branch circuits, conduit and device install.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems’ wiring, devices and panels to diagnose and repair issues.
• Measure, cut and bend conduit and pull all applicable wiring.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and specifications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools and measuring equipment.
• Time management and prioritization.
• Self‑starter and “can‑do” attitude.
• Positive customer service.

• Apprentice and Journeyman license or 6+ years in the commercial field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Company vehicle may be provided.
• High school or equivalent.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Clean background check.

• Ability to walk, stand and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively with verbal, written, visual and listening skills.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required equipment as well as to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.
• Able to lift and carry heavy equipment, up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to pull cables.
• Ability to climb ladders and work on raised platforms.

• Compensation: $25 to $40 per hour.
