Va West is seeking highly motivated professional handymen with varied skilled sets in multiple trades to serve residential and commercial customers in Loudoun County and nearby areas. We provide quality craftsmanship for repair and maintenance inside and outside. We offer full- and part-time opportunities. You will use your own truck or van to travel to job sites. Hourly rates range from $25 to $35 per hour, based on experience.

Performance bonuses are available.

As a member of the Ace Handyman Services team, you will focus on using your trade skills to complete handyman projects while the business handles the operational and financial aspects. You will work independently, yet be part of a supportive TEAM that collaborates to deliver quality craftsmanship and customer service.

We are looking for candidates with a strong portfolio of trade skills. Candidates should possess some or all of the following skills: carpentry, tiling, painting, drywalling, light plumbing and electrical. Applicants must have a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and friendly demeanor. Excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact positively with clients and co-workers.

• Strong documentation and invoicing skills

• Own a standard set of tools

Compensation: $23.00 - $40.00 per hour

The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, and their professionalism and attention to detail set them apart from others in the industry. Most projects are for repeat and referral customers who appreciate our high level of service and may request additional work by name.
