The primary role of the Senior Software Engineer is to help design, build, and enhance the Titan-SV Counter-UAS system. Titan-SV systems are deployed across the globe, with a rapidly expanding footprint resulting from a technologically innovative solution that is attentive to all aspects of the user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of the software life cycle.
PositionResponsibilities
- Apply today’s best practices in software development, leveraging cutting‑edge frameworks and methodologies to produce reliable embedded software.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the next generation of Counter‑UAS systems.
- Identify candidates for automation in software and hardware processes and develop automated solutions.
- Transform prototype embedded software and hardware into reliable production systems.
- Partner with customers and end-users to implement changes that improve usability and impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is required
- Minimum 6+ years related software development experience
- Experience in UI design and development with React or other modern JavaScript frameworks
- Backend development experience with Java, C++, or python.
- Extensive Linux operating system experience, with focus on software integration, package building and deployment, and system building.
- Advanced degree in computer science or related field
- Experience with RESTful API design and implementation
- Containerization experience with Docker/Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated build tools
- Experience with agile methodologies and able to help coordinate software development projects including scope, scheduling and resourcing

The salary range for this role is:
$91,000 - $129,150
ITAR RequirementThis position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”). In order to comply with the requirements of the ITAR and/or the EAR, applicants must qualify as a U.S. person under the ITAR and the EAR, or a person to be approved for an export license by the governing agency whose technology comes under its jurisdiction.
