Job Type: Full-Time

Valor Fleet Services is seeking experienced Light Duty Tow Truck Drivers for Wheel Lifts and Flatbed positions in Northern VA. If you are dependable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented, we want to hear from you. Flexible shift openings are available. Experience is required; paid training will be provided.

• Safely tow and transport vehicles to designated destinations
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety standards
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• DOT Medical Card (Required)
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
• DCJS license preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts
