Job DescriptionSummary of
Key Responsibilities:
Attend to the preparation, publication and monitoring of the Pilots and Cabin Crew Members work roster in a timely and efficient manner to ensure there is no disruption to Company operations Be fully conversant with the Company's approved Flight and Duty Limitations Schedule to ensure the legality of the crew schedule Maintain the daily Flight & Duty Time limitations record for all crew members to include the preparation of the daily crew list, reserve coverage and the monitoring of the crew rosters.
Monitoring of each crew validity periods for licenses, physicals, crew visas, route currency, etc. to ensure Crew Legality Coordinate all travel arrangements for crew travelling on company business, training etc. including Tickets, Per Diem, Hotel, Transportation, etc. Assist in the determining of the appropriate crew complement required for the company's proposed flying schedule Perform any operationally related duties as delegated by the Director Flight Operations, Chief Pilot or Chief Cabin Crew Member Determine the Crew Scheduling requirements for each control period to ensure that extra flights, training requirements, vacations, sick leave, is included in the rosters.
This is to be in consultation with the Director Flight Operations, Chief Pilot and Chief Cabin Crew Member or their designate Generate and submit Local and USA APIS for all crew daily and be conversant with overseas regulations for submittal; liaising with the different authorities Generate and submit General Declarations for all flights; liaising with stations involved Answering of Phones, approving roster changes, and communicating with Crew any changes to the roster Participate in scheduling meetings.
Requirements Qualifications,
Skills & Experience:
Essential 3-5 years' work experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role 3-5 years' work experience in an office environment (Aviation experience a plus) Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other applications, including Adobe Must possess knowledge of aviation regulations Must possess strong communication and organizational skills Must be willing to work weekends, early mornings, late nights, and major holidays and be scheduled on call duties Must be able to work under pressure at times while maintaining accuracy at all times Benefits Health Insurance, Pension, Life Insurance and Travel Benefits
