CDL A Truck Drivers Get Home Weekly Earn $1400-$2000+/WK (Full Time)

Job OverviewClass A drivers with at least one year of verifiable Class A experience within the last three years are seeking a guaranteed salary with extra pay per shipment, great benefits, and the opportunity to get home weekly.
The deliveries are 100% touch—freight is preloaded and trailers hook and go. Drivers average $1,400-$2,000 per week with routes in PA, VA, NJ, MD, WV, Eastern OH, and Northern NC.
Training & Onboarding- Full benefits commence after 60 days.
- 3-5 days of training on the account.
- Orientation takes place in Dayton, generally about 2 days; the company covers transportation, hotel, and meals, and drivers are paid $85 per day for orientation.
- Training typically lasts 3-5 days and is paid at the daily rate of $215. Depending on circumstances, drivers may double bunk with the trainer or receive their truck first.
- After training, drivers may bring a rider and a dog.
- Drivers can bring riders and pets after completing training.

Pay and Summary- Drivers will pick up loads at the DC just outside of Front Royal. Trailers will be preloaded, and drivers will hook and go.
- Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215 per day and then $300 for every trailer that is unloaded.
- Drivers will make between 2-4 stops per trailer. Deliveries are made by the driver placing boxes weighing between 1-35 lbs on a conveyor belt that goes into the store. Store personnel will take it from there as drivers do not perform inventory or merchandising; they only unload the truck.
- When the driver takes their 34‑hour reset at home many times, they will still be on a load. When the week starts, they will finish the deliveries and then head back to the DC for the next load.
Drivers will be home weekly (
NOTE:
weekends are not guaranteed). Drivers may take trucks home but must be able to park the tractor and trailer.
