Responsibilities- Oversee operational processes to ensure accurate inventory levels and on-time order completion.
- Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
- Properly train, coach, and provide developmental opportunities for the warehouse team; recommend performance improvement actions as needed.
- Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain appropriate work documents.
- Establish, maintain, and promote exceptional customer service.
- Interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
- Safely operate various equipment and tools.
- Provide support and backup to warehouse management.
- Track orders and investigate problems.
- Catalog and track goods and/or supplies.
- Adhere to the 7S program by maintaining a clean environment.
- Work safely to protect yourself and team members.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Minimum 1 year of SAP experience.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
- 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Inventory control and cycle counting skills.
- Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and >75 lbs occasionally.
- Operate a reach truck or cherry picker to heights of 23+ feet.
- Carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs over distances of 3‑5 feet routinely.
- Stand for prolonged periods exceeding 4 hours.
- Walk continuously for more than 10,000 steps per day.
- Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull objects of various shapes and sizes in team lift.
- Tolerate hot and cold work environments.
