Het salaris ligt tussen €4.911 en €6.905 afhankelijk van ervaring.
Het HR-team is klein en betrokken, met een hybride werkmodel, waarbij zichtbaarheid op de redacties essentieel is. Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit Groningen en Leeuwarden, met af en toe een bezoek aan Amsterdam.
