Primary Responsibilities
- Use defined programs in assisting customers with items they requested (ie invoices)
- Prepare statements for customers
- Make outgoing calls regard outstanding balances
- Professionally handle incoming phone calls
- Enter credits and adjusting transactions to maintain data accuracy
- Collection/Accounts Receivable Experience
- Experience with MS Office (especially Excel) and E-Mail communication
