360 develops Q360, a SaaS ERP platform for project accounting and field service management. We're a growing, post-acquisition company building out our finance function for scale.

We're adding a Staff Accountant with a reporting and analysis orientation. This role will help build out and maintain our compliance reporting, management reporting, and financial analytics.

This is an ideal fit for someone with a strong accounting background who wants to move beyond audit into FP&A and revenue operations at a SaaS company.

• Prepare monthly management reporting and budget-to-actuals analysis
• Build and maintain FP&A models, forecasts, and KPI dashboards
• Support month-end close with journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Post intercompany transactions and foreign exchange entries
• Develop recurring revenue and ARR/MRR reporting
• Produce ad hoc analysis

• CPA or actively pursuing CPA licensure
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1–3 years of experience in public accounting (Big Four or national/regional firm preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills (structured tables, dynamic spill functions, LAMBDA/LET, Power Query)
• Experience using AI tools (Claude for excel, Claude code/cowork, or similar from other vendors) to improve accounting workflows
• Detail-oriented with a bias toward structured, repeatable processes
• Clear communicator who can translate numbers into business context

• Exposure to software accounting (Deferred Revenue, Capitalized Software, etc.) and Project accounting (Percent complete)
• Experience with complex ERP systems and project accounting software
• Interest in SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, net retention)

• FP&A and management reporting in a high-growth environment
• SaaS revenue recognition, recurring revenue mechanics, and multi-entity accounting
• Transfer pricing, intercompany accounting, and FX mechanics
• Mentorship from an experienced CPA in a hands-on operating role

$65,000–$85,000 USD, commensurate with experience
