We are seeking candidates for an Accountant I position. This role involves direct communication with customers, managing accounts receivable, and maintaining data accuracy. This is a contract position with the potential for conversion to a permanent role for exceptional performers. The position is located at the Lehi office.

• Manage email communication with customers.
• Assist customers with requests, such as providing invoices.
• Prepare and send statements to customers.
• Make outgoing calls regarding outstanding account balances.
• Handle incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
• Enter credits and adjusting transactions to ensure data accuracy.

• Education:
  
  A High School Diploma is required.
• Experience:
  
  1-2 years of experience in collections or Accounts Receivable is necessary.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  At least one year of experience with MS Office, particularly Excel, and professional email communication is required.
