We're hiring a Business Tax Manager to own a client portfolio, guide a team, and partner closely with leadership to shape how we deliver for clients year-round. You will work closely with the managing partner to successfully transition client relationships with a goal of being the primary point of contact for the majority of clients after 6-9 months.

This role is for someone comfortable in a leadership role or someone ready to take the next step into genuine ownership — of client relationships, technical quality, and team development.

• Own a portfolio of 100+ business clients (S-Corps, C-Corps, partnerships, LLCs) as their primary point of contact
• Review federal and state business returns and serve as the internal go-to on complex technical issues
• Lead year-end planning: projections, estimated tax review, and strategic client recommendations
• Directly supervise, mentor, and develop Business Tax seniors and associates
• Manage billing, WIP, and realization for your client portfolio

• CPA or EA license required
• 7+ years of public accounting experience with a business tax focus
• Strong technical knowledge of pass-through entities, C-Corps, and multi-state taxation
• A track record of managing client relationships — not just preparing returns
• Prior supervisory or team management experience
