Property Accountant ​/ Analyst

Axia Partners is a private equity firm investing in and operating real assets across the United States. We are hiring aProperty Accountant / Analystto join our team and take ownership of the accounting and financial reporting forAnthem Destinations, our fast-growing platform of RV parks and marinas.

Anthem targets waterside, second-home alternative communities and destinations where families and individuals come together to spend time over the warmer seasons. The acquisition pipeline is active, and we expect to grow significantly over the next several years.

This role is built for someone who wants to develop both strong accounting and analytical skills while gaining firsthand exposure to private equity, real estate, acquisitions, and operations. You will work directly with the CFO and Anthem's leadership team to help build the financial infrastructure for a rapidly expanding platform.

What You'll Do

Working alongside Axia's CFO and the Anthem executive team, you will:

• Own the property-level accounting processes for a growing portfolio of RV parks and marinas.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements for individual properties and the broader platform.
• Produce executive-level monthly reporting packages that provide meaningful insight into property and portfolio performance.
• Maintain strong accounting controls and reporting processes across the portfolio.
• Partner with property managers and operations leaders to understand results, investigate variances, and improve financial performance.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for each property and the platform as a whole.
• Assist with cash management, liquidity planning, and monitoring property-level cash flows.
• Assist with tax preparation, supporting work papers, and coordination with outside accountants and advisors.
• Onboard newly acquired properties onto our accounting systems, chart of accounts, and reporting standards.
• Support special projects, acquisitions, process improvements, and other strategic initiatives as the platform continues to grow.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial statement preparation.
• Public accounting, industry accounting, audit, finance, real estate, or related experience is valued but not required.
• Strong Excel skills and a willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both financial and operational stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a desire to understand the drivers of business performance.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Adaptable, resourceful, and willing to step in wherever a growing platform needs support.
