Position: Personal Assistant for Attorney (Bilingual Spanish/English) - Early Career Friendly -

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily emails by organizing and prioritizing messages, and oversee calendar management, scheduling, and reminders.
  • Maintain regular communication with key members of the legal and administrative team; respond professionally to inquiries as needed.
  • Play a central role in managing engagement across social media platforms by responding to comments and direct messages and building rapport to identify and process potential leads.
  • Assist with running errands, arranging travel, coordinating logistics, and handling administrative tasks related to personal and family matters.
  • Communicate with outside service providers and handle time-sensitive requests as they arise.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, strong judgment, and willingness to step in wherever support is needed.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Several years of varied work experience after high school with demonstrated reliability, leadership, and strong communication skills in prior roles.
  • Experience in structured environments with significant responsibility—such as administrative support, team leadership, customer-facing roles, or cross-cultural settings—is highly valued.
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable interacting with a wide range of people.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to stay composed in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
  • Prior assistant experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate.
Additional Information
  • This is a full-time, in-office position with hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some limited overtime may be required depending on workload or time-sensitive needs. This position is not remote.
  • Compensation is $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Paid time off is offered after 90 days, along with health and dental benefits.
  • This role is well-suited for someone seeking meaningful, hands-on professional experience for approximately 12–18 months in a dynamic legal and business environment.
