ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Board & Executive Support:
Coordinate Board logistics, manage production timelines for Board materials, assist with layout, formatting, and finalization of high-level presentations and reports. - Meeting Management & Briefing:
Attend key leadership meetings to track action items and deliverables; prepare concise summaries for the Executive to align with progress and strategic goals. - Confidentiality & Discretion:
Manage highly sensitive information with professional discretion and sound judgment. - Calendar & Workflow Optimization:
Proactively manage a complex calendar, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure the Executive is prepared for daily engagements. - Administrative & Personal Support:
Maximize the Executive’s efficiency by handling administrative tasks and select personal errands to support core business objectives. - Travel & Expense Management:
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and oversee detailed expense reporting and tracking of departmental spending. - Event Planning:
Lead the execution of virtual and in-person meetings, team offsites, and All-Hands events from agenda-setting to follow-up. - Projects & Team
Collaboration:
Support special projects and maintain essential corporate records; collaborate with the national EA network to share best practices and ensure consistent support across offices.
- The
Experience:
5+ years of experience supporting C-Suite or SVP-level executives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. - The Toolkit:
Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and/or MS Office. Project management tools (Asana, Slack, etc.) are a major plus. - The Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written skills; able to engage with the C-Suite and build rapport with contributors at all levels. - The Mindset: A self-starter with a can-do attitude; able to remain calm under pressure and pivot priorities in real-time.
- Discretion: A strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to perform normal office duties.
- Ability to operate office equipment including computers and verify accuracy of work.
- Ability to participate in meetings.

$74,773.20 to $99,697.60
