Front Desk Receptionist

Are you an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys being the first point of contact in a construction office? We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for visitors, managing incoming calls, and providing critical administrative support across the office.

What You’ll Do
  • Greet visitors and answer/direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Maintain a clean and presentable front office and shared spaces
  • Manage office supplies, copier stocking, and kitchen upkeep
  • Support HR with applicant paperwork and assist new hires with applications
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Controller and managers as needed
  • Gain hands-on experience with accounting functions, including:
    • Basic accounts payable and payroll entry
    • Bank reconciliations and fuel log maintenance
    • Vendor billing and credit applications

What We’re Looking For Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of experience in receptionist, administrative, or office support roles

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
Preferred
  • Experience in construction, accounting, or related industries
  • Familiarity with accounting terms and processes
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and document management tools
