What You Will Do
Responsible for performing all tasks and responsibilities associated with providing support to the Escrow Officer and title management in closing a real estate transaction. Delivers title commitment and all related documents to parties, reviews title commitment for accuracy and completeness, establishes, and maintains professional, proactive and prompt communication with parties to ensure proper receipt of items necessary to satisfy title commitment requirements.
Supports the Escrow Officer in obtaining documents necessary for closing the transaction, including, but not limited to, tax certificates, HOA information, deeds, and surveys. Works with all parties to coordinate the signing of the closing documents. Reviews signed closing documents for completeness and accuracy and immediately notifies the Escrow Officer and any applicable party of any deficiencies. Organizes, posts and delivers documents to all parties in a timely manner for funding.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one (1) year of title insurance company or agency experience preferred.
- Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to perform in a high volume environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Planning and organizing abilities.
- Highly Self-motivated and demonstrate initiative.
- Attention to detail to identify issues that should be escalated to title management.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Experience in a title company, lender or attorney's office preferred.
- Proficiency title production software and systems.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of federal, state and NCUA regulations.
