B.O.S.S. Retirement Solutions and Advisors is seeking a full-time Office Administrative Support & Floater to join our dynamic financial services team. This role is responsible for providing front-desk support, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and delivering exceptional client service. The position also includes rotating office coverage across our 7 locations along the Wasatch Front
, filling in for Office Managers during planned and unplanned absences. This is a key role that helps ensure consistent, high-quality experiences across all offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients by answering phones, routing calls, and greeting visitors
  • Maintain a professional and organized front office environment
  • Provide administrative support including appointment scheduling, document scanning, filing, and data entry
  • Travel to various office locations to provide Office Manager support during absences
  • Follow company procedures and uphold confidentiality and compliance standards
  • Contribute to a collaborative, client-focused culture across all office environments
  • Additional projects and tasks as needed*
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior office management or administrative experience is required, preferably in a professional setting
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multi-tasking efficiently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
  • Multi line phone system experience
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily to any of the 7 office locations along the Wasatch Front from Ogden to Provo
