Position at Swift Transportation – Part‑time

Pay Range

$16.00 – $19.00 per hour

Company Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to terminal operations.
  • Ensure trailer paperwork is complete and accurate.
  • Assist drivers (distribute supplies).
  • Monitor and respond to system messages.
  • Run and distribute reports to designated users.
  • Answer phones for department and provide first‑line trouble‑shouting.
  • Perform various AS400 activities.
  • May assist with some dispatch functions.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that facilitates business operations.
  • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization’s objectives.
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative experience preferred.
  • Well organized.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, e‑mail).
  • High school diploma or GED required.
