Position: Executive Assistant (Onsite)

Compensation

The compensation target for this role is: $89,300 - $105,000

Job Summary

Purple is looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant to provide executive, administrative, and development support to C‑level Executives and supplemental support to the Board of Directors.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist C‑level Executives with daily administrative duties and manage an active calendar of appointments.
  • Complete expense reports.
  • Compose and prepare correspondence.
  • Arrange complex travel plans, itineraries and agendas.
  • Compile documents for meetings.
  • Communicate with staff on behalf of Executives and coordinate logistics for high‑level meetings.
  • Coordinate meetings and strategic activities with the Senior Leadership Team and senior management teams.
  • Draft reports and coordinate oral and written communication.
  • Manage ad hoc projects from scoping to delivery, coordinating across teams.
  • Support Executives in external commitments, including service on external boards and committees.
  • Take minutes and action items for weekly Executive team meetings.
  • Order supplies and snacks for the Executive Team.
Required Skills, Education, Experience
  • At least 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C‑suite Executives.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication.
  • Extensive experience working with senior executives.
  • Ability to use judgment and discretion in many situations relevant to business success.
  • Ability to work effectively and positively under pressure with frequent interruptions.
  • Well organized and proactive problem solver – able to work independently while interacting well with others.
  • Positive, good‑humored, amicable person who cares about their work and wants to make a difference.
Physical Requirements
  • May occasionally involve remaining in a stationary position, standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • May occasionally involve moving objects up to 15lb.
  • May constantly involve communicating with others, repetitive wrist and hand motions, and assessing the accuracy of work.
