Job Summary
:
This position serves as the first point of contact for clients and guests at Thanksgiving Point’s Campus Events office. This role is responsible for administrative support, client communication, financial tracking, and operational coordination to ensure smooth event execution. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills.
- Supports Event Management Team in setting up and organizing for Signature Events, Weddings, corporate, or other social gatherings
- Answer the phones and greet guests of the events teams
- Assist with paperwork including invoices
- Professional at all times
- Work with other Thanksgiving Point departments and employees as needed
- Exemplify Thanksgiving Point’s Mission, Values and Policies
- Other duties as assigned
- Exceptional organizational and creative abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence with decision‑making, working independently, and demonstrates excellent problem‑solving skills
- Manages time effectively
- High School Diploma
- Basic computer skills and knowledge
- Pass a background check
- Must be at least 18 years old
