LITERACY CENTER RECEPTIONIST
4693 W Wrigley Dr.
- Holbrook Farms Area
CLOSING DATE:
July 23, 2026
PAY RANGE: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)
SCHEDULE:
2:00 pm to 5:30 pm, Monday - Thursday
DEPARTMENT:
Satellite Literacy Center
Applicants for receptionist would be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls and greeting visitors and students with a pleasant demeanor
- Basic computer skills
- Communication with parents
- Maintaining records on the computer
- High School graduate with previous receptionist experience (1 to 2 years)
- Previous experience working in an environment with children
- Ability to provide good customer service
- Ability to perform a variety of responsibilities with minimum supervision and multitask
- Able to use a computer for general office work (Word, Excel, Email etc.)
- Spanish speaker (preferred, but not required)
- We need a responsible, mature, & organized person to commit and stay long term.
Employment in this position is conditional upon passing a pre-employment background and drug test.
