Deal Desk Analyst

As a Deal Desk Analyst 3, you will structure profitable, compliant transactions that address customers  needs while protecting revenue for the client. You will partner closely with sales and cross-functional teams to accelerate deal closures and ensure adherence to policy. Work model:
Onsite in Lehi, UT.

• Manage the day-to-day deal approval process and serve as first-line approver for transactions.
• Meet with sales teams to identify customer business needs and translate them into structured transactions.
• Draft and certify customer contracts and ensure transactions comply with revenue recognition and operational guidelines.
• Communicate deal value via documented business cases to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prepare in-quarter deal status updates and communications to management.
• Evaluate current processes and recommend areas for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk functions.
• Experience drafting and analyzing binding sales agreements and structuring multi-element contracts (subscriptions, licenses, services, support).
• Proficiency in software revenue recognition accounting (e.g., SOP 97-2) and related practices.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent oral and written communication.

$37.75 - $47.18/hour
