As an Analyst, Revenue Operations, you will help simplify and automate quote-to-cash processes to improve customer and stakeholder outcomes. You will partner with sales, finance, product, legal, and technical teams to ensure accurate order-to-revenue execution and scalable operations. Work model:
Hybrid, three days in office (preference T/W/Th) with two days WFH.
- Support customer account management, contract validation and execution, order processing, invoice creation, usage metering, and provisioning.
- Perform complex validations of revenue transactions across multiple selling channels to ensure alignment with product rules, revenue standards, and compliance policies.
- Execute work in compliance with SOX controls and support audits, including drafting controls, narratives, memos, and process documents.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on contracting, order management, and provisioning; provide business recommendations to improve customer outcomes.
- Monitor automated transactions, review logs and system reports, troubleshoot errors, and intervene as needed.
- Provide escalation support for external customers and cross-functional teams, initiating investigations and driving issues to resolution.
- Identify automation opportunities, document requirements, partner with technical teams for development and testing, and lead enablement and change management.
- Operationalize strategic plans for new product offerings and integrations, including testing, onboarding, data migrations, and maintaining business continuity.
- Design and execute reports for reconciliation, capacity planning, work completion tracking, and ad hoc requests; maintain core documentation and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree or regional equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in revenue operations, finance operations, or a closely related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Relentless attention to detail with a focus on customer experience.
- Critical thinking and the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Solid documentation and organizational skills; ability to execute work independently.
- Capability to interpret legal contracts, terms, and conditions.
- Knowledge of accounts receivable, revenue recognition, and finance operations.
- Demonstrated proficiency with standard tools (Office 365, ERP, CRM).
$22.54 - $28.17/hour
