Franchise Operators and their teams run better shifts, build leaders, and reduce daily operational chaos. We’re growing fast and looking for a former Chick-fil-A® leader (or someone who deeply understands CFA operations) who thrives in a startup environment.
This role is for someone who:
- Has lived restaurant operations and knows the pressure firsthand
- Loves building structure, systems, and repeatable processes
- Is calm under pressure and motivated by progress, not perfection
- Enjoys working directly with Operators and leadership teams
You’ll own onboarding, adoption, and customer experience, working closely with Sales and Product to turn real-world feedback into action.
