As an Analyst, Deal Operations, you will empower the Deal Desk to execute enterprise quote-to-cash processes and improve transaction velocity across the organization. You will partner with operational teams, product business units, and pricing strategy to turn go-to-market offers into consistent execution, supporting sellers and customers. Work model:
Onsite in Lehi, UT.

• Partner with operational teams, product business units, and pricing strategy to bring go-to-market offers to life and ensure smooth execution.
• Enable Deal Desk Analysts by coordinating, delivering, and supporting training on enterprise products and processes.
• Establish and uphold approval pathways and process documentation to facilitate team navigation through enterprise offerings.
• Communicate changes to go-to-market strategy, processes, and systems to global teams that impact deal support.
• Contribute to strategic projects within pricing and revenue operations, championing innovation and continuous improvement in quote-to-cash processes.
• Act as a first point of contact for guidance on quote-to-contract processes in CRM, CPQ, and CLM solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reported issues quickly to maintain business momentum.
• Create common-issue documentation, solutions, and user guides to encourage self-service and collaboration.
• Support system administration activities, including user management, permissions, and configuration updates.

• 3+ years of experience as a business process analyst or similar role with expertise in quote-to-contract operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience using case management tools for documentation, workflow, and issue management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to simplify complex topics and influence across stakeholders.
• Demonstrable problem-solving ability and experience driving initiatives to completion in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or related field; or 3–5 years of equivalent industry experience.

• Familiarity with CPQ and CLM solutions.
• Experience working on pricing, revenue operations, or deal desk enablement projects.

$36.23 - $45.28/hour
