Agentic Business Consultant, Agentforce Process Automation
Primary strategic driver for go-to-market motion for our Agentforce process automation (Regrello). Own end-to-end value narrative from initial discovery and use‑case road mapping to delivery of high‑stakes Proof of Concept engagements, demonstrating transformative power of these solutions. Work with Account Executives to lead deep discovery, identify high‑value transformation opportunities across back‑office functions and prove value of the “Agentic Enterprise.”
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Value Selling – Serve as primary solution leader on complex deals, pitch vision of autonomous business processes and define multi‑year value roadmap.
- Value Architecting – Define and pitch multi‑year “Value Roadmap” showing how Agentforce transforms entire operations.
- Executive Influence – Act as SME in C‑suite presentations, translating technical “Agentic” capabilities into business outcomes such as working capital optimization and risk mitigation.
- Solution Proof & Validation – Lead and manage 4‑5 week POC engagements, proving business case and securing technical buy‑in to close the deal.
- Cross‑Functional GTM Strategy – Partner with Product and Engineering, providing field feedback to align Regrello roadmap with core problems solved.
- Quota Ownership – Drive revenue growth, accountable for deal velocity and win rates within the Regrello/Apromore portfolio.
- 10+ years in Technical Sales, Solutions Engineering, Business Value Consulting, or Technology Consulting.
- Deep industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or Public Sector.
- Familiarity with supply chain management, financial services, or workflow automation platforms.
- Master of Discovery – Proven ability to lead whiteboard sessions that challenge current state and build compelling vision for future state.
- Technical Fluency – Ability to configure solutions (POCs) using no‑code tools while focusing on specific business problems.
- Executive Presence – Exceptional communication of complex AI and automation concepts to stakeholders from Warehouse Managers to Chief Supply Chain Officers.
- Thriving in an agile, fast‑scaling environment, often as SME on cross‑functional deal teams.
- Experience in quota‑carrying roles with MBO or KSO incentive structures.
Salary range: $148,190 – $269,080 annually, with adjusted ranges in California, New York, and select metro locations ($162,960 – $295,890). Base salary only; does not include bonuses, equity, or other benefits.
