Supplier Onboarding Workstream Lead
LOCATION:
Lehi, UT
PAY RANGE: $46 - $56/hr.
DURATION: 8 Months
TOP SKILLS:
- 7+ years of project/program management experience with experience leading supplier onboarding, procurement transformation, or supplier enablement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of procurement and supplier management processes, with experience managing external supplier relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Workstream Lead to lead supplier onboarding activities as part of a Source-to-Pay acquisition integration. This role will be responsible for both managing and executing supplier onboarding activities, ensuring suppliers are successfully transitioned into the procurement ecosystem while minimizing disruption to business operations.
The ideal candidate has experience with supplier enablement, procurement operations, and cross-functional program delivery and is comfortable driving both strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the supplier onboarding workstream from planning through execution.
- Develop onboarding strategies, plans, milestones, and readiness schedules.
- Execute supplier onboarding activities, including supplier outreach, issue resolution, and readiness assessments.
- Coordinate supplier communications and engagement activities.
- Manage supplier data collection, validation, and onboarding requirements.
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to establish onboarding processes.
- Monitor onboarding progress and resolve supplier-related issues.
- Track supplier readiness metrics and adoption milestones.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular status reporting to program leadership.
- 7+ years of project/program management experience.
- Experience leading supplier onboarding, procurement transformation, or supplier enablement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of procurement and supplier management processes.
- Experience managing external supplier relationships.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay implementations.
- Experience with supplier management platforms and ERP systems.
- Experience in acquisition or integration programs.
- PMP certification or equivalent.
