HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
Position Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Workstream Lead to lead supplier onboarding activities as part of a Source-to-Pay acquisition integration.
• This role will be responsible for both managing and executing supplier onboarding activities, ensuring suppliers are successfully transitioned into ****'s procurement ecosystem while minimizing disruption to business operations.
• The ideal candidate has experience with supplier enablement, procurement operations, and cross-functional program delivery and is comfortable driving both strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the supplier onboarding workstream from planning through execution.
• Develop onboarding strategies, plans, milestones, and readiness schedules.
• Execute supplier onboarding activities, including supplier outreach, issue resolution, and readiness assessments.
• Coordinate supplier communications and engagement activities.
• Manage supplier data collection, validation, and onboarding requirements.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to establish onboarding processes.
• Monitor onboarding progress and resolve supplier-related issues.
• Track supplier readiness metrics and adoption milestones.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular status reporting to program leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of project/program management experience.
• Experience leading supplier onboarding, procurement transformation, or supplier enablement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of procurement and supplier management processes.
• Experience managing external supplier relationships.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay implementations.
• Experience with supplier management platforms and ERP systems.
• Experience in acquisition or integration programs.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
