Job SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned Change Management Project Manager / Workstream Lead to spearhead change management efforts for a global Source-to-Pay acquisition integration. This role involves creating and implementing change management strategies to boost stakeholder engagement, ensure user readiness, drive training adoption, and facilitate a smooth transition to new processes and systems. The ideal candidate is a proactive change leader capable of strategizing, content development, activity facilitation, and direct support for business stakeholders during the integration.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the change management workstream for Source-to-Pay mergers and acquisition (M&A) integration activities.
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and evaluate organizational readiness.
- Develop and execute communication, training, and change management plans.
- Create communications, presentations, training materials, and readiness content.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and engagement activities.
- Establish change champion and stakeholder engagement networks.
- Identify organizational risks and resistance, and create mitigation plans.
- Measure adoption, readiness, and business transition success metrics.
- Collaborate with business leaders and workstream leads to support organizational readiness.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to program leadership.
- 7+ years of experience in change management, project management, or transformation leadership.
- Proven experience leading organizational change initiatives for enterprise programs.
- Experience developing communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Strong facilitation and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing diverse stakeholder groups across various business functions.
- Experience supporting procurement, finance, or enterprise technology transformations (preferred).
- Experience in acquisition integration programs (preferred).
