Seeking an experienced Project Manager / Workstream Lead to lead supplier onboarding activities as part of the Source-to-Pay mergers and acquisition (M&A) integration program. This role is responsible for both managing and executing supplier onboarding activities, ensuring suppliers are successfully transitioned into the procurement ecosystem while minimizing disruption to business operations.
Responsibilities- Lead the supplier onboarding workstream from planning through execution
- Develop onboarding strategies, project plans, milestones, and readiness schedules
- Execute supplier onboarding activities, including supplier outreach, issue resolution, and readiness assessments
- Coordinate supplier communications and engagement activities
- Manage supplier data collection, validation, and onboarding requirements
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to establish onboarding processes
- Monitor onboarding progress and resolve supplier‑related issues
- Track supplier readiness metrics and adoption milestones
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Provide regular status reporting to program leadership
- 7+ years of project or program management experience
- Experience leading supplier onboarding, procurement transformation, or supplier enablement initiatives
- Strong understanding of procurement and supplier management processes
- Experience managing external supplier relationships
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience supporting Source-to-Pay (S2P) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementations
- Experience with supplier management platforms and ERP systems
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or integration programs
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Pay Rate $56.34/hour
