Supply Chain Channel Partner Operations Lead

Sunrun is dedicated residential solar company in the country and has a mission to bring clean, solar power service to the masses. This position reports to our Lehi, UT office. May telecommute. Salary offered: $ per year.

• Collaborate with partner teams to standardize procurement and operational processes, including implementation of material traceability mechanisms.
• Develop and manage key reporting that illustrates how effective Sunrun is attaining the Investment tax credit
• Work with outside counsel to get approval to install new system configurations for partners
• Develop and maintain Approved Vendor Lists (AVLs) to support compliant sourcing across channel partners.
• Manage material sourcing strategies and supply transitions to align with evolving regulatory and business requirements.
• Review and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure compliance with documentation standards and traceability requirements.
• Partner with design, engineering, and planning teams to identify and resolve projects that may not meet compliance or sourcing requirements prior to execution.
• Conduct regular reviews of projects in progress and completed installations to track compliance status and identify risks.
• Maintain documentation and reporting to support internal audits and external compliance reviews.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve process consistency, data integrity, and compliance across supply chain operations.

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Supply Change Management, or related; and 5 years of experience as a Logistician in a regulated or compliance-driven environment, including exposure to sourcing requirements, trade considerations or tax-related programs; implementing process controls, documentation standards, and audit-ready workflows; working cross-functionally with finance, legal and operational stakeholders; using ERP/CRM systems and data analysis tools for reporting & decision-making; and leading cross-functional initiatives in complex operational environments.
