As an Operations Manager, you'll own the success of an assigned territory by ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong provider performance, and long-term customer satisfaction. • Own the operational performance of your assigned territory

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–7 years of experience in operations, business operations, account management, or a similar role
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• High level of ownership, accountability, and organization
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems such as CRM, ERP, or project management software
