Lehi, UT (#LI-Hybrid) Pay Range: $32/hr.

- $37/hr. on W2

This role focuses on optimizing renewal performance through strategic analysis and operational execution. You will drive accountability for retention and growth targets by collaborating with sales leaders and cross-functional teams. A key aspect of this position involves identifying and resolving operational challenges to ensure a seamless renewal process for both sales teams and customers.

• Analyze renewal metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and execute action plans with sales leadership.
• Manage forecasting and pipeline review processes.
• Optimize territory design and quota setting.
• Implement AI solutions for process improvement.

• Deep understanding of renewal metrics and operational levers.
• Proficiency in D365/Salesforce, Power BI, Clari, and Excel.
• Demonstrated strength in cross-functional problem-solving.

Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business environment is highly preferred.
