Employee Lifecycle Specialist Field & Supply Chain Operations
Role Overview:
The Employee Lifecycle Specialist owns and continuously improves the onboarding and offboarding experience for Field and Supply Chain professionals ("Pros"), from recruiting handoff through readiness, productivity, and exit. This role sits within Field & Supply Chain Operations and serves as both an operational partner and experience strategist. The Specialist is responsible for identifying friction across the employee lifecycle, uncovering root causes, and driving improvements that increase readiness, accelerate productivity, improve communication, and strengthen the overall Pro experience.
Success in this role requires strong operational thinking, relationship-building, problem-solving, and the ability to translate field insights into scalable solutions. This individual serves as a voice for frontline employees and leaders, helping ensure processes, systems, and resources align with how work is actually performed in the field. The Employee Lifecycle Specialist operates with a high degree of autonomy and is expected to independently identify opportunities, influence stakeholders, and lead initiatives that improve workforce readiness and experience.

Skills & Capabilities:

Experience &
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in workforce operations, employee experience, field operations support, onboarding operations, program coordination, or related operational roles
- Experience supporting frontline or field-based work forces preferred
- Demonstrated experience identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions
- Experience analyzing data and presenting recommendations to leadership
- Familiarity with workforce management systems, HRIS platforms, AI & reporting tools, and workflow management solutions preferred
- Experience operating in high-growth, change-oriented environments strongly preferred
