Role Description The Senior Manager Diamond Support is a full-time, on-site role based in Lehi, UT, focused on leading the support and service experience for Young Living’s top-tier “Diamond” member leaders. This role oversees a specialized support team dedicated to providing proactive, high-touch assistance, resolving complex member inquiries, and ensuring timely, accurate communication. The Senior Manager designs and implements support strategies, service standards, and process improvements that enhance satisfaction, retention, and business growth for Diamond members.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing team performance, monitoring service metrics, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and addressing escalations with professionalism and care. This role also contributes to training programs, feedback loops, and strategic initiatives that deepen relationships with Diamond leaders and strengthen Young Living’s global community.
Qualifications

• Leadership and people management skills, including experience coaching high-performing support or customer success teams.
• Customer service and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of handling complex escalations and delivering premium, relationship-based support.
• Strategic planning and process improvement skills, including the ability to design workflows, service standards, and performance metrics.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly to senior leaders and member communities.
• Data analysis and reporting skills to interpret service metrics, identify trends, and support data-informed decisions.
• Experience in direct selling, membership-based organizations, or wellness/consumer products is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Lehi, UT, collaborate across global teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
