We’re currently seeking an experienced Restoration Foreman to lead daily field operations across a variety of heavy civil construction projects, with a specific focus on concrete restoration.

If you’re a proven Restoration Foreman

• Leading restoration crews on critical infrastructure (bridges, spillways, stadiums, parking structures)
• Owning production, safety, and quality
• Executing complex scopes:
  concrete repair, coatings, waterproofing, structural rehab
• Running work in active environments where planning and precision matter
• Developing Crew Leaders and building a team that performs

• Weak standards
• Poor planning
  
  Leaders who avoid accountability
• Crews that drag production down

If that’s what you’re used to, this probably isn’t the right fit.

• 5+ years leading concrete restoration crews
• The ability to read plans, make decisions, and keep work moving
• Strong working knowledge of repair systems, coatings, and structural work
• A leadership style that balances respect with accountability
• A mindset of:
  own it, fix it, improve it

• Post-tensioning or structural strengthening experience
• OSHA 30
• CDL or willingness to get one
