Position: General Superintendent

Location: Utah (part of a self‑performing water and wastewater contractor expanding regionally)

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year

Lead complex water and wastewater projects, mentor field teams, and maintain a balance with life outside the job site. This ground‑floor opportunity shapes field culture, builds strong teams, and establishes a trusted regional reputation.

• Direct all field operations on major water/wastewater treatment and pump station projects.
• Oversee and mentor field leadership, including superintendents and foremen.
• Partner with project managers and estimators to improve constructability and efficiency.
• Drive safety, quality, and schedule performance at every phase.
• Communicate with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• 10+ years of experience as a superintendent managing water infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of excavation/backfill, concrete, and piping/mechanical work.
• Proven leadership skills with a hands‑on approach running multiple superintendents, projects, and field personnel.
• Experience leading $50M+ water/wastewater projects.
