What You'll Do
- Lead the team to completion of each job
- Set forms, pour concrete, and finish surfaces
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Maintain a rigorous schedule
- Track and manage employees' time and production on every job site
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with footings and foundation walls in the concrete construction industry
- Must be able to use hand and power tools properly
- Exemplary leadership skills
- Reliable transportation
- Read and interpret detailed blue prints
- Dependable and detail-oriented
